October 12th goodness that's a long time between updates. I won't do that again. Promise! So what have I been doing since I last updated you and a made a washi tape holder. LOT'S!!! Our kitchen is 80% done and the scrap room is 90% done just have to hang some curtains. The garage AKA PDW headquarters is all cleaned up and ready to become santa's workshop creating and packing up stuff for our ETSY shop. This past weekend I finally had our FIRST PDW booth at the Queen Bee Market. I was so excited the way the booth turned out with a house so upside down. I cannot wait until the next one in the spring as I have a whole new idea and some fun new stuff to make just for the QBM shoppers. If you have never been to a QBM then your missing out the handmade community itself is amazing and everyone seems so helpful and encouraging. Mique and her sister started the QBM and it is simply the BEST. So next year be sure to stop in and shop. Also a few weekends ago I had our Fall crop under the "Create Whimsy" name. The ladies had a BLAST they created and worked on projects and also did some fun make and takes and a mini class. Next year I am hosting 4 maybe 5 super giddy about them, I LOVE seeing everyone laughing and creating. Not to mention I cook a pretty good menu for the 3 days. Our next one is FEBRUARY 2013 22-24. I will have all the info up over on our FB page so be sure to go "like" it you can also see all our pics from the fall crop. You can register now below to save your spot NOW as I only host 10 girls. For our Feb one we will have the NEW PDW SHOP all set up in the garage with scrapbooking...tapes...adhesives...kits...and MUCH MUCH MORE think of it as a mini store. Also starting in March we will have "store hours" so you will be to stop by and shop. I loved being able to write a NEW plan for PDW its been so refreshing to start fresh. SO I hope you ALL are having a fantastic week and our ETSY shop will be updated by the end of the week. So since I have been MIA how about a mini giveaway...a little something I sold in our booth this past weekend. There are 2 banners, a package of ruffled crepe paper, trims and burlap tags. I am loving the crepe paper and the little flag tooth picks are just adorable. And even though I don't know you, I am so happy for you. I love to see people succeed doing what they love!
